What type of equipment do I need?

Nothing! We will provide everything, all we need is you!

 

What if my house/office is too small?

We will work with you in the space that you have.

 

What is your service area?

We treat in the following zip codes: 11790, 11794, 11733, 11776, 11777, 11766, and 11727.

A travel charge of $50.00 will be added for zip codes 11720, 11784, 11789.

If you are outside of these zip codes please call and we will work with you.

 

What should I expect from my first visit?

Your initial visit will be completely different than any other physical therapy visit you have ever had.

  1. First, it will take place in a location of your choice

  2. Second, it will be completely one-on-one 

  3. Third, it will start on time. In order to make the most of our first appointment I strongly prefer to have discussed your concern at length along with having reviewed your paperwork prior to my arrival so that the majority of our time will be getting down to the the bottom of what is causing your pain or limitation. We will have a game plan after your first visit, and you will keep in touch with me via phone, text, or email based on your preference. Follow-ups will be scheduled less frequently than normal physical therapy as I am able to focus on you completely during your visit and will be in touch with you between visits. If you contact me, I will make it a priority to get back she was soon as I possibly can.

 

Do you take insurance?

We do things a little differently at PhysioRoam - we are patient focused not treatment focused. You are our first priority, however, as soon as insurance is involved the focus diverts to the treatments given and not on the quality of your care. With us you receive top notch care that you are in control of in your own environment.

Reimbursement will be between you and your insurance company - I will provide a superbill after each visit that you are able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. How much is reimbursed will vary from company to company. For more information contact your insurance provider directly.
